We cover customs duties up to €150. Next day isn't available during Black Friday week. Let us know within 10 days of the expected delivery date about missing or damaged parcels. We don't recommend asking for parcels to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Returns
- UK: 14 days from receiving your parcel. International: 21 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless we made a mistake. Send it tracked and signed for.
- Returns are refunded as store credit. UK and EU customers can ask for money back instead within 14 days of delivery.
- Faulty or wrong items get a replacement or money back.
- 1/1 sample sale items, underwear and socks can't be returned.
- We process returns within 7 working days.
